Noam is a London-based Production Designer working across film and television. His recent credits include Kill Jackie ( Amazon / AMC, 2026), The Witness ( Netflix, 2026), A Very Royal Scandal (Amazon Studios, 2024), Industry Series 3 (HBO / BBC, 2024), The BAFTA Winning I Am Ruth (Channel 4, 2022) and This England (Sky, 2022). Feature credits include Settlers, Vita & Virginia, Dead in a Week (or Your Money Back) and Burn Burn Burn.

Named by ScreenDaily in 2020 as one of ‘10 breakthrough talents set to become the next generation of award winners’, Noam’s work spans contemporary and period drama, dark comedy, horror, western, sci-fi and biblical drama.

Fluent in English and French, with conversational Spanish and Italian, Noam has designed productions across the UK and internationally, including in South Africa, Morocco, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France and the Netherlands.

Noam has also art directed many commercials, music videos & events.
Commercial clients include Playstation, Sky, Visa, O2, Samsung & Cadbury’s amongst many others.
